View from the Sing Yew photo shop. The taxi rank was here before, now it has made way for a dual carriage way in Jalan Mersing. Sing Yew used to come around the camp selling equipment and films. When I visited the photo shop, from where I took a similar picture (#64) over 30 years ago, I was greeted by none other than Sing Yew who remembered me as soon as I stepped into his shop.
